I love fashion because it is consistently based off of beauty.  No matter the theme of the shoot, the color of the fabrics, the weirdness and confusion, the levels of the lighting, the current tragedy of the world it is surrounded by, or the style - the final outcome is always beautiful.  No matter the pain in the personal life of the model or the designer - the goal is always beauty.  Truly, what could be better?

What woman in this world wouldn't go crazy to own a piece designed by Van Cleef and Arpels?  The good news - the quality is amazing and the pieces are timeless and elegant beyond any words.  The bad news - their elegance makes them quite pricey.  As a college student, I can be pretty stingy in my purchases but I finally found a beautiful look-a-like that won't fall apart after 5 minutes of wear and won't tarnish or fade. Thanks to Bluefly.com, I've found the absolute best alternative.
